Shared or shuttle?

Our NON-SMOKING transportation is exclusive. Rides are not shared with strangers. We may be hired to shuttle groups for special events, airport transfers, weddings and corporate events, or long-distance trips.

Cash or Credit?

Cash is accepted in USD only at the end of the ride. No crypto. A major credit card is required to reserve a ride. Once your ride is completed, it can be paid for in cash. Once your ride is paid for in cash, the funds used to secure the ride will be refunded to the same credit card. Call or text


Rides can be booked up to a year in advance or even for immediate pickups. Immediate pickups are subject to availability; please call us first. If you need to change your travel date or time, flight info, add additional stops or change your itinerary, please try to call us at least 24 hours before your scheduled ride to allow us enough time to accommodate your request. Waiting time

30 minutes of waiting itme is included starting from the time of scheduled ride.
One hour of waiting time on delayed flights is included.
​​​​​​​We arrive to pick you up 15 minutes before your scheduled ride.
Please make sure to provide the correct airline and flight information during your reservation or to update us on any changes regarding your scheduled ride with us as soon as possible. Please check your ride confirmation email from us for accuracy and contact us immediately to make any changes or corrections. We will monitor your flight and try to contact you regarding your delayed flight by text, phone, or email. Call or text 813-543-6569


All rides may be canceled at any time by calling our customer service phone number listed on our website at the time of cancellation. Our dispatcher must verify all reservations. Please check our terms of service for details. Call or text

Child Seats

We can store your seats free of charge until your return trip. ​​​​​​​Seats are tagged and stored in an airconditioned non-smoking facility. Booster seats and Car seats are available upon request at the time of reservation. * Child car seats fees and policy may change at any time. If you have booked a free car seat, you will not be charged any extra fees after the reservation. May not be available at the time of reservation due to limited availability. PLEASE NOTE!
​​​​​​​If you have a child alone for the ride requiring a child or booster car seat without arranging for it with us in advance or without having your own at the time of your pick up - your ride will be denied and no refunds will be issued. ​​ Call or text

TampaVan.com offers large SUVs and 14-passengers vans with high luggage capacity. Our friendly and professional chauffeurs will handle your luggage with care. Call or text

Additional stops

If you need to make additional stops to pick up or drop off passengers at different locations, please let us know at the time of reservation so we can price and schedule your trip accordingly. Check our terms and policy for details. 15-minutes rest-stops are free. Call or text

Items left behind

The drivers will do their best to check the vehicle after your ride for items left behind. Please check our terms and policy for details.
In most cases, the driver will call you within minutes after your ride to return your possessions to you at no extra cost. Call or text


Please be sure to reserve your ride for as long as you may need it. We will be happy to extend your rental time as long as your vehicle is available outside your rental time. If your vehicle is not available outside your rental time, you will not be able to extend your rental time, and your ride will have to go as planned initially. Check our terms and policy for details. Airport Arrivals

Once your flight lands, head to the baggage claim of your airline.

(Baggage Claim at Tampa International Airport is located on Level 1 of the Main Terminal.
It is divided into Red on the North side and Blue on the South side of the airport.

Follow the signage above escalators and elevators to your airline baggage claim.)

After you claim your luggage, call or text us to let us know that you are ready for your ride, then exit outside through the door by your airline's baggage carousel to meet your driver at the ground transportation level.
