Shared or shuttle?

Our NON-SMOKING transportation is exclusive. Rides are not shared with strangers. We may be hired to shuttle groups for special events, airport transfers, weddings and corporate events, or long-distance trips.

Cash or Credit?

Cash is accepted in USD only at the end of the ride. No crypto. A major credit card is required to reserve a ride. Once your ride is completed, it can be paid for in cash. Once your ride is paid for in cash, the funds used to secure the ride will be refunded to the same credit card. Call or text


Rides can be booked up to a year in advance or even for immediate pickups. Immediate pickups are subject to availability; please call us first. If you need to change your travel date or time, flight info, add additional stops or change your itinerary, please try to call us at least 24 hours before your scheduled ride to allow us enough time to accommodate your request. Waiting time

Scheduled rides:
Thirty minutes of waiting to pick up are included, then billed in half-hour increments based on your booked rate. If we don't hear from you within 45 minutes of your scheduled pickup time by phone, text or email to make arrangements regarding your scheduled ride with us, you will be considered a no-show, and your credit card will be charged for the full booked fare, plus 30 minutes of waiting time after the first thirty minutes of included waiting. There will be no additional waiting time charges and no refunds.
Airport arrivals only: There are no charges for waiting time on delayed flights up to one hour, then billed in half-hour increments provided that you get in touch with us within one hour of your scheduled pickup time and that the same vehicle is not already scheduled for another trip during the required additional waiting time. If you do not get in touch with us by phone, text, or email within one hour from your scheduled pickup time, you will be considered a no-show, and your driver will leave. There will be no extra charges for waiting time, and no refunds will be issued. ​​​​​​​ It is your responsibility to provide the correct airline and flight information during your reservation or to update us with any changes regarding your scheduled ride with us as soon as possible. Please check your ride confirmation email from us for accuracy and contact us immediately to make any changes or corrections. We will monitor your flight and try to contact you regarding your delayed flight by text, phone, or email. By making your ride reservation with us via phone, text or email you agree to these terms. All rides may be canceled at any time by calling our customer service phone number listed on our website at the time of cancellation. Our dispatcher must verify all reservations.

  • For a full refund, cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled ride by phone, text, or email.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours but no less than 48 hours before the scheduled ride will be refunded 75% of the total cost of the booked fare.
  • No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled ride.
  • No refunds for no-call, no-show.
  • Round-trips rides; Once you received your first ride and cancel your return trip - no refunds will be issueds.
  • No refunds for cancellations made for same-day reservations.
In certain extenuating circumstances a full refund may be issued to the same method of payment. Call or text

Child Seats

We can store your seats free of charge until your return trip. Seats are tagged and stored in an airconditioned non-smoking facility. Booster seats and Car seats are available upon request at the time of reservation. * Child car seats fees and policy may change at any time. If you have booked a free car seat, you will not be charged any extra fees after the reservation. May not be available at the time of reservation due to limited availability. PLEASE NOTE!
If you have a child alone for the ride requiring a child or booster car seat without arranging for it with us in advance or without having your own at the time of your pick up - your ride will be denied and no refunds will be issued. Call or Text

Additional stops

If you need to make additional stops to pick up or drop off passengers at different locations, please let us know at the time of reservation so we can price and schedule your trip accordingly. Unscheduled stops are a minimum of $25.00 each.
30-minutes or longer unscheduled stops are billed in 1-hour increments based on booked rate, but no less than $75.00 15-minutes rest-stops are free. Unscheduled restaurants, shopping, pickup, or drop-off stops are not free. Call or text

Cleanup and Damage Fees

Renter is responsible for repair costs of damages caused by the passengers inside the vehicle during the term of the rental.

There is a $375 minimum cleanup fee for stains and spills requiring professional cleaning service + any additional costs for professional cleaning, disinfection, and odor removals.
BODILY FLUIDS: $650 MINIMUM + any additional costs for professional cleaning, disinfection, and odor removals. Exessive trash left behind will cost a minimum $175.00 Be respectful to the driver. Our drivers have the right to terminate your ride for rude or unacceptable behavior.

Items left behind

The drivers will do their best to check the vehicle after your ride for items left behind. Renter assumes responsibility for items left behind. If we have to return your forgotten items to you in person, an additional fee equal to a ride-fare based on the distance or minimum of $75.00 will be required. Returning your items by mail will cost $95.00 plus postage. In most cases, the driver will call you within minutes after your ride to return your possessions to you at no extra cost. Call or text


Please be sure to reserve your ride for as long as you may need it. We will be happy to extend your rental time as long as your vehicle is available outside your rental time. If your vehicle is not available outside your rental time, you will not be able to extend your rental time, and your ride will have to go as planned initially. Overtime charges are based on your booked rate in one-hour increments or at a minimum of $75.00 per hour plus 20% gratuity. Ask your driver if your car is available for additional time. Call or text

No alcohol, no vaping, no smoking, no chewing tobacco

Absolutely no alcohol drinking of any kind and no open alcohol containers in any of our vehicles; No open alcohol containers (No sippy cups) No drugs No vaping No smoking No chewing tobacco If any of these rules are broken, your ride will end with no refunds.
